Can you weave a celtic knot?

I started with a drawing of a celtic border, out of Celtic art by G Bain:
drawing

Slanting lines and rounded shapes are difficult on a shaft loom - it needed more right angles, and...
Some tries later I had an endless knot.

To the right is what it looked like as a "profile design", to be woven in a technique called "tied weave" (sometimes also called "summer and winter")

Far right it is displayed at the Emigrant Museum, Växjö, for the Open Studio Tour in July, 2003
